We like to call it your first free consultation. During your first free consultation, which lasts about 20 minutes, we discuss the technology that you currently use, Items you may like to add to your technology ecosystem, and any problems or concerns you have. Even if you don’t have any questions or concerns with your technology now, we suggest you call to set up your free account and consultation. This will help us provide a more prompt service should you have an emergency in the future! A free consultation is provided every 6 months, with the objective being to set new goals for learning, understand current or upcoming concerns, and to update the technology that you are actively using in our system.
Time to use your first credit
Now that your account has been created one of our expert technicians will work with you on the goals and objectives you have planned and address any concerns with your current equipment. For every 20 minutes (after the initial free consultation) that you work with a virtual technician your account will be deducted 1 credit. If you run out of pre-purchased credits for virtual technical support your technician can assist you with conveniently acquiring additional credits.
